Console Not Completing Updates

Console hasn’t had definition updates for over a week. When searching through the log i find errors, even though the manual update says “0” on updates found.

Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: D:\rapid7\nexpose\updates\stagingFileData\r7$2003910065146370687.tmp (The system cannot find the file specified)

Trying to slug my way through the support articles to see if there is a reset or something that I need to do to fix something like this? Anyone have experience with an update not going through?

We had a similar issue. check your av logs to see if content updates have been detected and blocked. seems to be that a recent update was being detected as an exploit by av
