Connector for Domain AD is failing

All,

Are there any logs I need to look at when troubleshooting connectors with the error below in insight?

I have created a new account, password resets, added the recommended rights and as this is LDAPS, added the cert to the server.

Function call failed: Directory bind failed: unable to bind.

Hey there, mine was failing too although i changed the connection from SaaS to our Orchestrator and it all started working, There was an update that changed it to SaaS
