Configuring maximum performance of the insightVM console

Hello World,
Just a quick check using this doc Configuring maximum performance in an enterprise environment | InsightVM Documentation - has someone experienced after creating the CustomRuntimeEnvironment.env file and restarting the nexposeconsole service to not start anymore? What might causing this issue?

My initial thought is that there could be an issue with the amount of memory that’s allocated to the console. Does it start up normally if you don’t have the custom file overriding memory settings?

If you’re comfortable with further troubleshooting, you could also check the logs as recommended here. I believe nsc.log could potentially provide some info as to why it’s not starting correctly.
