I noticed within the last month or so that managed alerts in insightIDR no longer let me place comments under them. Often, although managed, I manually investigate and close these out, but am unable to place comments on the actions taken or my own alert summary on these. Is this by design now or is there a way to add these still?

The ability to comment on Managed responsibility Investigations was re-introduced yesterday. You should be able to add comments, and upload attachments to those Investigations!
