Hi, is there a way to use the Post Message action in ChatOps to mention a user (like with the @ symbol). If I use the @ symbol with the username in the “message” field, it just types the text and username without mentioning/tagging.
Ah never mind, I had to use the actual username and not the Display Name.
(In this case I was to trigger another workflow by posting a message to tag the Insight Connect bot, so I had to use @insight_connect_bot)
