Hey @jeffrey_coyle, you might be using an older version of the workflow - there is no enrich-indicator text in the latest version. We’re working on an update to the workflow this week to replace the pattern match step with automated extraction in slack and teams - will let you know when those updates are out - should fix any message extraction issues.
