Hi everyone,
I just finished a monthly trial for the InsightIDR.
I obviously do not have access anymore to the Insight’s dashboard, and in the data collection management it says that no agent is deployed (again, sounds legit).
Yet I still have a collector.exe and rapid 7 agent working as active processes, and cannot delete them somehow.
I tried to used the installer to delete the agent, but it stops after a while because of this:
“Another application has exclusive access to the file C:\path\to\the\file\agent_core.log”
Any help would be welcomed !
