Create Incident
This action allows an incident to be created
Use Case:
When InsightConnect receives a new incident from IDR or IVM, a new Incident is created for a team to pick up.
Create Task
This action is used to create a task related to an incident.
Use Case:
As a security Admin, I want to add tasks to an incident to help triage the issue based on findings.
