Can someone explain to me how the following indicators are calculated: “AVG Time to Assign” and “AVG Time to Close”?
These indicators are available in "Security Operations Activity
" → “How quickly are investigations for the Top 10 Alert Types resolved?” in Rapid7 IDR.
