Available resources are insufficient to start new scan

We are getting this error in nsc.log on our Nexpose server and in the Console that has 96GB of RAM, 14CPU cores and >500GB of disk space available with no other scans running:

com.rapid7.nexpose.nsc.scan.ScanServiceException: Available resources are insufficient to start new scan.

Can anyone shed some light on what we might be missing with respect to “resources”?

I also opened a support case. I hope this issue is getting fixed asap. I have the same hardware setup for the console like you.
