Automatically Receive Notifications If A Workflow Fails

Hello InsightConnect Users!

We are excited to share a recent update to the product that allows you to configure email notifications on a per workflow basis so that you can be alerted if that workflow should fail!

How do you set it up?

Simply log in to InsightConnect, navigate to the workflows page, select any workflow you would like to configure notification for, and subscribe to email notifications on the new tab that is now available on the workflow control panel page!

How does it work?

Once subscribed, if any jobs that this workflow creates should fail then you will receive an email notification like the one below.

This email will contain the job name in the subject line as well as a direct link in the body. Currently, we will only send one email per workflow per hour. If you wish to stop receiving emails for any workflows simply remove your email from the notification settings tab for that workflow.
