Assigning specific users access to Dashboards

Hi All, is anyone familiar with how/where I can assign specific users access to Dashboards that were created for a team in the Vulnerability Management module? Our in-house R7 InsightVM SME has left the company and I need to assist with Admin tasks. For example, we have a Windows Server Dashboard and I want only certain users to have access to that Dashboard.

Our version of Rapid7 IVM is 8.60.0.

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

You can assign when editing a dashboard. Hover over the dashboard name, click the pencil icon to edit it, and you'll find the share option there. You pick the individual users who should see it.

But note that their permissions otherwise are important as well. If a user has restricted asset access, the shared dashboard only shows data within their access rights. One dashboard can serve several teams, and each team sees only its own slice.
