Assigning Jira tickets dynamically

We are using the Jira as ticketing service to create and update tickets from InsightVM. We want to dynamically assign the Jira ticket to a person based on the asset owner information received (in a tag added to an asset) from the SN CMDB. So if the asset owner is John (retrieved from SN CMDB and added as tag to the asset), the Jira ticket created by Rapid7 would be assigned to John. How could this be configured?
