I want to know are linux servers in scope of Rapid7 Insightvm.I can linux servers detected in discovery but no agents deployed on linux servers. Do insightvm support linux servers.
InsightVM support scanning of Linux servers. If you are not able to install an agent on the Linux for what ever reason, you still can configure an authenticated scan based on SSH. Maybe you detected Linux systems are appliances, then it might only be possible scan them with the scan engine.
Yes, Linux support the Agent, but you have to have SELinux disabled which was a hard no for us.
