New popup in Edge browser after logging into Rapid7, which I have not noticed before. I blocked it until I verify / learn more.
This is relatively new behavior because browsers now enforce explicit user consent for local network access from web API. Previously, such scanning could happen silently via scripts; now, you see a prompt.
