Today, while attempting to configure a Teams Send HTML Message step, I see this:
This happens repeatedly. I’ve tried deleting the Action step and creating a new one in its place: same result.
The specific trigger for this error seems to be using the
Search for step variable functionality. If I enter any keypress into the box in the screenshot below, InsightConnect errors out:
The little doodle which comes with the error message does a good job of capturing how this makes me feel
There’s no other info on the error page, so nothing to pass on to Support. Anyone else experienced this? First time seeing it for me today.
