Adding a trigger to an existing Investigation after a decision of False

I am looking to see how to add an alert to an existing investigation after the trigger has been found to be false. I have a decision tree set up and when it has been determined to be false, I want it to be added to the investigation. How will I accomplish this?

There is an action in the IDR plugin called “Update Alert”. It has a section that asks for the RRN of the investigation you want to add it to. That is how you would do it.

For this scenario you are always adding these alerts to the exact same investigation?
