I’m looking to be able to monitor accounts (specifically terminated end user accounts). I’m mostly concerned with the data that is stored on the end user’s device and what is the cloud (sharepoint). There is a growing fear that end users are leaving with company data and we want to prevent this. Because of this, I want to be able to monitor data that is moved from inside our network to outside our network and also data that is moved to local storage devices. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I used to monitor file downloads using the count of number of files and sum of megabytes that were downloaded grouped by user from Sharepoint / Onedrive with the native office 365 integration for Insight IDR.
