Problem communicating with engine

Our distributed scan engine is active but the console cannot communicate with the engine. I am looking for the administrator guide. I get a message that this failure can be resolved by consulting the administrators guide

I have tried restarting both the distributed server and the security console server. But the console cannot communicate with the server

We upgrade our scan engine server to Ubuntu 20.0.4 LTS and reinstalled our scan engine in this server. The problem maybe that the security console is still on an earlier version. We are planning to upgrade the security console tomorrow. Will have to see if this resolves the issue
