Phone System Reboots during discovery scan

We use Nextiva VOIP phones in our current environment. Every time IVM runs a discovery scan, the phones reboot.

Anyone else faced a similar issue?
Please suggest a fix. I appreciate it!

I would suggest looking at the scan results and finding the port that was discovered for those devices and try excluding that port from the discovery portion of the scan template.


You could try excluding port 5060 & 5061 TCP&UDP from the discovery scans. 5060 & 5061 are the usual default ports the phones use to connect to you VoIP phone system.

This seems to have worked for me.
I went to our VOIP’s website and pulled up the ports they use.
