What exactly is the error that you’re seeing though?
What OS are the agents installed on?

We are seeing this recently as well on Window 10 on Policy scans, the agent is not listening on port 21047 for some reason…
I also have also open a discussion topic, but we have a case/ticket as well
Have there been any recent changes?
That port would be used for the Scan Assistant so not related to the Insight Agent
