Can you please be more specific? “Patched for so long” in terms of Windows? Linux? Server? Endpoint? Third-party software? Which ones? For how long?
Going to be hard to provide much help unless you provide a lot more information, but my guess is that you are going to want to look into the SQL Queries pulled as reports that you can automate and send out to your client/desktop teams to remediate in terms of patching.

1-For risk exception list , wanted to know if we can notify particular user stating that risk is going to get expired so that thay can decide if they are willing to accept it or not.
2-About patching part, i would like to know if we can have details of an assets which have never been patched till now
it can be anything windows,linux,servers etc.
If you go to the assets page, you should probably focus on the devices with the highest amount of risk and vulnerabilities associated to them.
