August Win11 25H2 Patches Not Showing As Remediated

Anyone else seeing Win11 25H2 devices not showing as patched, even after receiving and successfully installing KB5120994? Seems there may be a R7 correlation issue with these devices specifically receiving the hotpatch-capable update as opposed to KB5121003, which is what it still says the devices need.

At this time Win11 24H2 devices seem to be reporting in just fine and showing as patched.

Some checks for Windows 11 25H2 were incorrectly expecting a UBR of 9168 for remediation, instead of the lower/correct value of 9106. This issue was resolved in the 1.1.4017 content update, which shipped at 2026-08-18 12:10 UTC.
